Well, Finally! The property closed today.
I had scheduled vacation days one on each side of the Labour Day Weekend to go over and start working on the property. I wasn't sure if the fianl signiture would happen, but it did today.
I have spent the evening gathering my camping gear and tools so all I will need to do is load the car and leave in the morning. I am taking two cameras, one that takes video and then my older one that I seem to be able to take photograph quality photos with and will post new photos and video of the property.
I'm excited and some part of me wonders if I have bitten off more than I can chew. but, heck that is what life is about, new adventures, taking calculated risks and living it.
